The short list of words on pp. [ii], [iii] (see infra) is in another unidentified hand. Of the two fly-leaves at the end of thems. the first has been cut away and the recto of the second contains the following: the Lord makes and followed by some numbers. On that same page and on the inside of the back cover are the initials R.U. The initials B.B. appear at the foot of p. 180. The ms. is bound in leather and the number 10286 of the Phillipps' collection pasted on the spine. It is stated in Phillipps' Catalogue that this ms. came from Edward O'Reilly's collection, although the ms. itself contains no shelf or catalogue number other than Phillipps'.
