18th cent. Paper. 15.5 × 9.5 cms. [i-viii] + 144 pp. (scribal pagination 1-132 with many errors after p. 53). Scribe: Seón Mac Solaidh (unsigned). The signatures A-I occur on lower margins at the beginning of gatherings in the manuscript.

Bound in half green morocco with `Caoilte' in gilt and `17068' and `569' (Monck Mason sale cat. no.) labelled on spine; `17068 Ph' and `Phillipps MS 17068' inside front cover and `Perfect' on p. [i]. Listed under `Wm. Monk Mason's MSS. (of Dublin)' in Phillipps's Catalogus.
