19th cent. Paper. 19.5 × 15.5 cms. 56 ff. with modern numbering i-iv, 1-52. Writing on recto only, Scribe: W.S.O Brien. The beginnings (six lines) of an English translation on f. iv verso are in an unidentified hand. The following entry by O Brien occurs on f. iii: `The following manuscript was copied by me from a manuscript lent to me by the Revd. Euseby Cleaver of St. Barnabas College Pimlico London. W. S. OB. / I copied it at first with contractions (as in the original) but I subsequently spread out the contractions in order that it might be ready for the printer in case it were thought worthy to be printed'.
