18th cent. Paper. 16 × 10 cms. 78 pp. with modern pencil pagination. Scribe: Uilliam leathlámhach Ó Maingín, 1770-71. John Flanagan, hand wrote item (b) in English on p. 1, now very faded, and the following, also faded, on p. 78 (transversely): `County of Cork / Pay the Honorable John Smith (...) High Sheriff of sd. county (...)'.

Name, other than scribal, and jottings in the manuscript inlcude: p. 1 `Seamus Ó Longane', `Shaghan O Guinnel / bhfar girmuir suirch / a delightful man of Fame'; same hand wrote money account on p. 78 (inverted); p. 2 `John Lingane', list of household items, money accounts & other jottings inside covers.

Bound in undressed leather with leaves stitched to covers, stitching now partly worn. Ó Casaide ms 73.
